Whitby sits east of Toronto along the Lake Ontario shore, with Highway 401 running through the middle of town. From the downtown core near Brock and Dundas, the 401 on-ramp at Brock Road is a five-minute surface drive. From Brooklin, riders can choose to skip the 401 entirely — cutting up the 412 to ride the 407 ETR westward above Toronto before dropping into Pearson from the north side, with the toll simply added to the fare. Port Whitby pickups are the quickest — the waterfront neighbourhood is the closest part of town to the highway, shaving a few minutes off the trip. Ashburn and Myrtle Station in the rural north add about 10 minutes compared to downtown.

Brooklin pickups are $140 flat, and on request the driver goes north on the 412 to the 407 ETR rather than heading south to the 401, with the toll charged at cost. That route bypasses Toronto traffic entirely and connects to Pearson from the north end via the 427 or the 409. It is a slightly longer distance on paper but reliably faster during afternoon and evening hours.
